For me, ministry is about people; serving, caring and loving others. I value the congregational approach of shared leadership and serving together. I believe in the empowerment of the laity and am committed to leading in a teamwork approach that utilizes the strengths, talents, gifts and interests of everyone! My leadership style hinges on the importance of process, individual responsibility and mutual respect.”

Jeannine's first profession was in education. She taught in a variety of settings with experience as an instructor in universities and community colleges, as a missionary teacher with Navajo students and as a public school educator. She values Christian Education for all ages.
