Mardelle Calvert passed away Dec. 4, 2006, in
Pueblo. Born in Midwest, Wyo. on Oct. 28, 1929. Mardelle was preceded
in death by her parents, Vernon and Evelyn Harvey; son, Gary Calvert;
and sisters, Eleanor (John) Yale and Shirley Jacobsen. She is survived
by her husband, Walter Calvert; children; Teresa Cordova, Sharon
(Jerry) Linnebur; daughter-in-law, Beth Calvert; six grandchildren;
three great-grandchildren; and numerous family members and friends.
Viewing, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, at the George McCarthy funeral
home. A funeral service was held Friday December 8th, at the First Congregational
United Church of Christ, 228 W. Evans, with Dr. Randy Wilcher
officiating. Donations may be
made to the Sangre de Cristo Hospice in Mardelle’s memory.
